Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual to further develop finance and accounting. Our partner is internationally oriented and collaborates with various group companies. You can expect a versatile position with international interfaces, where you will apply your accounting knowledge, take responsibility in day-to-day operations, and continuously develop your professional skills.
Responsibilities:
You process accounts payable invoices and expense reports and ensure correct and timely processing
You assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support various closing tasks
You prepare payment runs, monitor outstanding supplier invoices, and ensure their timely settlement
You handle intercompany transactions and perform the corresponding reconciliations between group companies
You conduct balance sheet account reconciliations, analyse discrepancies, and ensure their resolution
You support the accounts payable and general ledger areas as well as internal and external audits
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) or a comparable qualification; further training in finance & accounting is an advantage
You bring initial professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts payable and general accounting
You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with ERP systems
Fluent German skills and good English skills are required
