For our client, we are looking for a technically experienced individual who combines design and project responsibility in the field of injection moulding technology. Together with yellowshark AG, you have the opportunity to actively shape demanding projects from the initial idea to series production maturity and to apply your expertise purposefully.
- Conducting feasibility assessments as well as developing technical solutions and optimisation proposals
- Design and technical specification of injection moulding tools for new and modification projects
- Creation of 3D models, technical drawings, parts lists and project-relevant documentation
- Calculation of tool costs as well as technical support in the preparation of offers
- Coordination and alignment of technical matters with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Further training at HF or FH level is an advantage
- Professional experience in the design of injection moulding tools or in mould and tool making
- Good knowledge of plastics technology, tool design and injection moulding processes
- Confident handling of common CAD systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method with pronounced technical understanding
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Negotiation-level German language skills

Tasks

Profile
- Completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, toolmaker EFZ or a comparable technical basic training- Further training at HF or FH level is an advantage
- Professional experience in the design of injection moulding tools or in mould and tool making
- Good knowledge of plastics technology, tool design and injection moulding processes
- Confident handling of common CAD systems
