HR & Payroll Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
For an established Swiss company in the food and production industry in the Zurich Oberland, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong payroll focus. Together with a small HR team, you will ensure the monthly payroll processing and support employees and managers with personnel administrative and social security law matters.

Responsibilities:
Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing including pre- and post-processing
Handling all entries, exits and personnel-related changes
Preparation of salary certificates and year-end statements
Management of social insurances, withholding taxes, family allowances as well as accident and illness cases
Maintenance of personnel and salary data as well as support of time recording in the HR/payroll system
Advising employees and managers as well as participating in HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in HR, payroll or social insurances
Several years of practical experience in Swiss payroll
Very good knowledge of social insurance and labour law
Confident handling of HR/payroll systems as well as very good Excel skills
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Precise, discreet and independent working style with a strong service orientation
