Role:
Do you want to technically support users in their daily work and at the same time ensure the smooth operation of modern workplace solutions? In this varied role, you take responsibility for IT support, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners.
Responsibilities:
You support employees in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
You set up notebooks, desktop PCs, mobile devices, and accessories and accompany onboarding and offboarding processes.
You administer user accounts, licences, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and support applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
You ensure the reliable operation of meeting room technology, printers, and other office systems.
You analyse network and connection issues in LAN, WLAN, and VPN and coordinate handover to specialised infrastructure teams if necessary.
You manage the IT hardware inventory and coordinate the replacement and repair of devices.
You collaborate with suppliers and external service partners on hardware and support matters.
You document support cases, IT assets, and technical changes and consistently adhere to security and support processes.
Qualifications:
You have at least two years of experience in IT support or service desk.
You are familiar with Windows 10/11 and client-side troubleshooting.
You have practical experience with Microsoft 365 and user management.
You bring knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Active Directory.
You have a good basic understanding of networks, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and TCP/IP.
You have experience setting up and supporting PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices.
You work solution-oriented, service-oriented, and communicate confidently with users.
You have very good English skills; experience with ticketing systems, IT asset management, or international IT environments is an advantage.
You are fluent in German and English.
