ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is looking for an IT System Engineer - recent graduates are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Support activities (1st and 2nd level) as well as escalation to 3rd level support
- Design, installation, testing as well as maintenance and documentation of customer platforms
- Analysing faults and error conditions, initiating and monitoring measures and their resolution
- Supporting the implementation of the IT strategy and the further development of the IT system and server landscape
Qualifications:
- Completed basic IT training in system technology
- Good knowledge of Microsoft client and server products
- Experience with AZURE services / AD / Microsoft 365 / Exchange on-premises and/or Exchange Online / virtualisation products (Microsoft Hyper-V / VMWare vSphere)
- Fluent in German and English
