Export Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 88,400Our Rocken partner is an internationally active Swiss industrial company with its own development and production. The company develops technical solutions for industrial applications and operates worldwide. Quality, innovation, and many years of experience characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
You handle customer orders from order to delivery and ensure smooth and timely processing.
You organise international shipments and prepare the necessary shipping, export, and customs documents.
You take care of preparing offers as well as maintaining customer master data and price lists in the ERP system.
You support the further development of internal processes and participate in cross-departmental projects to improve processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training as well as further training in export or order processing.
An additional qualification as a foreign trade specialist is desirable.
You bring several years of professional experience in order processing, preferably in a manufacturing company.
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have already worked with ERP systems.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
