Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of household appliances at the customer’s premises
- Analysis and resolution of technical faults
- Training customers and employees in the use of our products
- Close collaboration with customer support and other internal departments
- Documentation of completed work and preparation of service reports
Qualifications:
- Completed training in a technical field, ideally as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification
- Experience in installation and maintenance
- Service orientation, strong communication skills, and confident demeanour
- Independent working style and flexibility regarding locations and times of deployment
- Driving licence class B
- Fluent German skills and good French
