Identity Governance Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You accompany the implementation of identity management initiatives and coordinate the integration of operational applications into existing access solutions.
You develop professional process descriptions, standardise approval workflows, and establish clear procedures for periodic rights reviews.
You are responsible for maintaining and further developing the company-wide business function catalogue.
You structure open work packages, assess their benefits, and coordinate implementation with project and operations teams.
You translate requirements from specialist departments into viable IAM solutions and contribute to the long-term roadmap for digital identities.
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in a business-technical field or a comparable professional background.
You have solid professional experience in designing and supporting identity and access management solutions.
You possess knowledge of relevant IAM products and security standards; experience with NetIQ is an advantage.
You can link technical access concepts with organisational responsibilities and the needs of various business areas.
You work proactively, reliably, and solution-oriented, communicate transparently, and promote constructive collaboration across team boundaries.
