We are looking on behalf of our client, a renowned establishment in the Geneva area:
An HR Assistant (80%) M/F
Your responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, you will assist her in various HR management and accounting tasks.
Your missions:
Recruitment: Define needs with managers, manage the recruitment process (advertisements, selection, interviews) and ensure the integration of new employees.
Personnel administration: Manage contracts, personnel files, probation periods, work certificates and absence tracking, in collaboration with managers.
Payroll and social insurance management (partial): Prepare payroll elements, check salaries, manage social insurance affiliations and issue salary certificates, in collaboration with the internal finance and social insurance department.
Employee management and performance: Support the HR Director in disciplinary procedures, dismissals, annual interviews and performance monitoring.
Employee relations: Advise employees, manage conflict situations and contribute to a positive working environment.
Your profile:
- Higher education in human resources (federal HR specialist certificate or equivalent training).
- Employee-oriented mindset
- At least 5 years proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurances (AHV, BVG, UVG, EO, etc.).
- Mastery of HR processes: recruitment, personnel administration, payroll management, skills development and labour relations.
- Sense of confidentiality, ethics and service.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
- Analytical mind, pragmatism and ability to propose solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR management software.
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written; English or German appreciated
