HR Business Analyst 80-100%
Exciting tasks await:
- Analysing and optimising HR processes and systems in the environment of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Supporting the specialists in defining requirements and business concepts as well as translating business needs into concrete system solutions
- Accompanying projects and Requests for Changes as a business lead – from requirements gathering through testing to implementation
- Documenting, testing and training as part of the introduction of new digitalisation solutions
- Coordinating collaboration with external solution development partners and central IT as well as ensuring process and system quality
What you bring:
- Higher education (university/university of applied sciences) in business administration, business informatics, organisation or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in business analysis, process modelling and/or subproject management in the SAP HCM area and ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in projects and/or Requests for Changes (RFC), preferably in the HR environment
- Independent, proactive and structured working style as well as strong customer and team orientation
- Enthusiasm and networking skills as well as clear, target group-appropriate communication and a convincing presence towards all stakeholders

The Department of Finance and Resources with around 650 employees is a cross-sectional department responsible for ensuring that the canton has the necessary resources to fulfil its tasks.
The Human Resources Aargau division develops the foundations for implementing a contemporary and socially responsible HR and salary policy for the employer Canton of Aargau. The focus is on shaping a modern working environment and further developing leadership tools to support operational HR work in the departments, the State Chancellery and the courts of the Canton of Aargau.
