- Active interdisciplinary collaboration on BIM projects within the Infrastructure business unit
- Skilled implementation of infrastructure projects (road and railway construction, utility construction) using Autodesk software products
- Assistance in the development and implementation of internal standards and guidelines
- Support and training of employees in new digital planning technologies
- Engineering education, technician or CAD draughtsperson specialising in civil engineering
- Experienced power user of Autodesk programmes, especially Civil 3D, ideally also with Revit and Infraworks
- Several years of experience in planning demanding construction projects in Switzerland
- Experience with IT interface management (data exchange between various software providers)
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ability to inspire people and involve them in process development
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Good German skills, knowledge of English is an advantage
