Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented Swiss company specialising in the development and manufacture of technically sophisticated solutions. With profound expertise, modern technologies and efficient production processes, the company realises products for various industrial applications. High product quality, technical advancement and precise implementation of customer-specific requirements are paramount.
Responsibilities:
You support customers and sales partners throughout the entire order processing and inform them about the order status.
Using the product configurator, you record machine variants and prepare the data for internal production.
You continuously monitor delivery dates and clarify open points with the responsible departments.
You process enquiries and prepare suitable offers for standard machines and related products.
You organise shipping in collaboration with the freight forwarder and internal logistics departments.
You compile trade-related certificates, customs documents and documents for preferential agreements according to applicable regulations.
You cooperate with the service department on technical queries and the planning of customer service assignments.
You coordinate material transport for international trade fairs and prepare the necessary customs documents.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in export or foreign trade.
A technical additional qualification or experience with industrial products is an advantage.
You have knowledge of order coordination in a mechanical engineering or production company.
You understand the basics of export control, customs tariff classification and international shipping processing.
You have already worked with rules of origin and the requirements of various free trade agreements.
You use ERP applications and common office programmes confidently; knowledge of SAP Business One or IFAS X5 is desirable.
You work in a structured manner, coordinate reliably with various contacts and adapt to changing priorities.
You have very good spoken and written skills in German and English.
