What you can contribute
- Draft and dispatch judgements and orders
- Prepare, manage and dispatch documents related to judicial procedures using existing templates
- Open and manage case files (including scanning)
- Handle correspondence in German, French and/or Italian
- Process appeals and requests from parties and authorities
What makes you unique
- a federal certificate of competence as a commercial employee (a commercial baccalaureate is an advantage) or equivalent training
- several years of professional experience in a similar role (court chancellery, legal environment or administration)
- excellent knowledge and passion for the German language and very good knowledge of French and/or good knowledge of Italian
- flexibility, discretion, efficiency and accuracy
