Microtechnology Technician (M/F)

Our agency, commissioned by a Manufacture based in Geneva, is looking for a Microtechnology Technician (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Profile sought:

• ES Technician or equivalent (Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems, Processes)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
• Experience in watchmaking or micromechanics is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills with production teams
• Continuous improvement mindset

• Support product industrialisation
• Optimise manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support to production
• Write and maintain technical documentation
