Customer Service Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company with its own development and production. The company develops and manufactures precise components and system solutions for various industrial and technical applications. High quality, reliable products, and a modern working environment characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining existing customer contacts and handling international enquiries in cooperation with internal specialist departments
Acquiring new orders and approaching potential customers through telephone contact
Calculating, preparing offers and following up until customer feedback is received
Coordinating technical clarifications with the responsible internal contacts
Checking individual customer requests and identifying suitable products or special solutions
Recognising sales opportunities and proposing appropriate solutions for different customer needs
Conducting written and telephone correspondence with international business partners
Supporting order acquisition through needs-based advice and consistent offer processing
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further education
Several years of experience in international inside sales or a comparable sales function
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally first experience with SAP
Understanding of technical products and their commercial application
Customer-oriented communication on the phone and in written correspondence
Structured working method when handling multiple enquiries and offers
Reliability, teamwork, and interconnected thinking in exchange with internal specialist departments
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
