To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
System / Infrastructure Technician (m/f/d)
Start date: immediate or to be agreed
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous and service-oriented System / Infrastructure Technician.
You will work in an environment ranging from workstations to server infrastructures and Private Cloud. We operate several datacentres and support our clients in the operation and development of their infrastructures, relying on modern technologies and solutions from recognised manufacturers.
Your responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support and resolve incidents
- Install, operate, administer and maintain workstations, servers and IT environments
- Administer and develop Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Administer L2/L3 network infrastructures and VoIP solutions
- Contribute to infrastructure, migration and system development projects
- Maintain and improve existing solutions as well as technical documentation
- Support and train users
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT specialist or equivalent training/experience
- Solid experience in administering Microsoft environments, both client and server
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, L2/L3 networks and VoIP
- Strong interest in infrastructures, datacentre environments and Private Cloud solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Autonomous, flexible, service-oriented and enjoys teamwork
- Native French or German speaker with a good knowledge of the other language
