Your Tasks

For our outpatient department, we are immediately seeking a committed temporary assistant to support our team.

The main activity clearly lies in telephone customer contact. You will handle telephone and written enquiries regarding general outpatient insurance matters and will be in daily contact with various contacts.

Your further tasks include:

• Receiving and processing telephone enquiries about outpatient insurance matters

• Answering and processing written enquiries

• Clarifying concerns and forwarding them to the responsible departments

• Independent handling of diverse and sometimes complex issues

• Networked thinking and quick comprehension of connections in complex structures

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable background

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Enjoyment and confidence in telephone contact as well as strong communication skills

• Quick grasp and efficient, independent working style

• Very good networked thinking and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex structures

• Medical knowledge (e.g. MPA) or experience in the insurance sector is an advantage

• Additional national languages are an advantage
