A PROJECT MANAGER IN LOCKSMITHING

For one of our clients in Geneva we are looking for

Your mission

• Ensure the complete management of locksmithing and metal construction projects, from study to realisation
• Analyse client requests and prepare offers, quotes and tenders
• Carry out measurements and ensure the technical follow-up of projects
• Develop plans and documents necessary for the execution of works, in collaboration with the technical office
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Plan and monitor works, deadlines, costs and quality of execution
• Organise material orders and ensure delivery follow-up
• Participate in site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients
• Control invoicing and budget compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and current technical requirements

Your profile

• Technical training in locksmithing, metal construction or equivalent training
• Proven experience in project management in locksmithing or metal construction
• Very good technical knowledge of metal structures and general locksmithing
• Experience in preparing quotes, tenders and site follow-ups
• Proficiency in common computer tools and, ideally, technical drawing software
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Team spirit, interpersonal ease and strong customer service sense
• Rigour, reliability, initiative and pride in a job well done
• Driving licence essential
• Swiss or holding a valid work permit
