As a Building Services Technician, you play a central role in the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of our technical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our modern building services with your technical expertise.

Your Main Tasks

• Maintenance and repair work on buildings, installations, and building services systems
• Planning, executing, and supervising installations, work, and repairs together with specialist companies
• Ensuring constant operation of the building services
• Identifying optimisation opportunities with a focus on energy saving
• Administrative and project-related tasks within the area of responsibility
• Willingness to be on call and to work across locations (Burgdorf and Solothurn)

Your Profile

• Completed mechanical or technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, plumber, refrigeration technician, or comparable training)
• Experience in a similar all-rounder role
• Installation permit NIV15 or willingness to obtain it
• SAP and IT skills are an advantage
• Independent, flexible, and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1)
