Building Services Planner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
You will take on the independent planning and detailed planning of building services installations in 2D, 3D and optionally as a BIM project. In doing so, you will create calculations, schematics and execution plans and accompany the projects through site visits and participation in meetings.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning of building services projects in the areas of sanitation, heating or ventilation
Creation of 2D/3D plans, schematics and detailed planning
Carrying out calculations and technical analyses
Participation in construction meetings and site inspections
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for optimal project implementation
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner EFZ (sanitation, heating or ventilation)
Precise, structured and goal-oriented working method
Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for collaboration
Good knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Autodesk Revit is an advantage
