Responsibilities:
- You design, configure and optimise modern customer environments.
- You are responsible for demanding IT projects from concept to acceptance.
- As a key account manager, you have the opportunity to strategically and organisationally advance IT with various customers.
- You proactively share your strengths and know-how and contribute to the further development of the existing service catalogue.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed IT education and/or are studying computer science.
- You have expertise either in Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility, System Center) or in Citrix products (Virtual Desktops, Apps or Citrix ADC).
- Alternatively, you are very proficient in handling IP addresses and network components such as LAN, WLAN and routing.
- You speak fluent German.
