Responsibilities:
Operation and continuous development of Linux systems and services
Analysis and optimisation of systems regarding performance, security, and availability
Participation in Linux infrastructure projects considering IT security requirements
Support of the network team with innovative solutions and further development of the IT architecture
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree with a focus on system engineering or comparable technical training as well as several years of experience in Linux system operation
Solid knowledge of SUSE, Ubuntu/Debian, Red Hat/CentOS, and Docker; certifications such as LPIC, SUSE Certified Administrator/Engineer or Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Engineer are advantageous
Good knowledge of network technologies as well as ideally ITIL and SAFe certifications
Good knowledge of the Microsoft server environment
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French is an advantage
