Your working environment:

In your role as overall project manager, you are the key to the success of our construction projects. You ensure that visions become reality by efficiently coordinating all construction phases and ensuring that quality, time, and budget remain in harmony. Together with a highly qualified team of architects, project managers, and other specialists, you create architecturally high-quality projects that set new standards. This position offers you the ideal platform to further develop your skills and make a real difference in the construction industry.

Your role:

• Management and supervision of construction projects, coordination of all specialists on site as well as local site management

• Schedule, cost, and quality control

• Preparation of construction specifications, calculations, and cost estimates or cost forecasts

• Leading the tendering process

• Preparation of award requests

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the main construction trade

• Professional experience as a construction manager

• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations

• Construction administration: Winbau advantageous

• Good knowledge of German
