Commercial Clerk Export & Logistics 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000Responsibilities:
Check incoming orders and process them further in the merchandise management system
Maintain order data and keep customers informed about the processing status
Coordinate delivery dates and prepare shipments accordingly
Coordinate transports and collections with freight forwarders and other service providers
Prepare export documents and administrative customs formalities
Record supplier orders and regularly monitor outstanding deliveries
Process incoming goods and related documents in the ERP system
Receive, document, and ensure further processing of customer complaints
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training, for example in the industrial or forwarding environment
Experience in order processing, internal sales, or a comparable area
Confident handling of ERP and merchandise management systems
Experience with logistical processes and delivery coordination
Knowledge in the export sector is an advantage
Reliable and independent working style with good prioritisation and organisation
German at a confident level in spoken and written form
English and French skills for international business contacts are an advantage
