Accounting & Logistics Assistant – 100%

As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, a key industrial player active notably in the watchmaking and jewellery sectors, we are looking for an Accounting & Logistics Assistant to join their production site based in Meyrin.

You will join a demanding industrial environment, where rigour, traceability and reliability of operations are central.

Your responsibilities

Accounting

• Entry and processing of supplier invoices
• Preparation of customer invoicing and payments for validation
• Bank reconciliations
• Recording and monitoring of stock movements, notably precious materials
• Preparation of elements necessary for monthly closings
• Preparation of documents required for VAT declarations
• Participation in financial reporting and updating monitoring tables
• Collaboration with various financial contacts and the fiduciary

Logistics

• Organisation and monitoring of receipts and shipments
• Administrative stock monitoring and participation in inventories
• Reconciliation of stock movements
• Preparation and control of delivery and customs documents
• Monitoring cross-border flows in collaboration with carriers and suppliers
• Filing and archiving of logistics documentation

Your profile

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in routine accounting: suppliers, customers and banks
• Additional experience in stock management or logistics is a real asset
• Good command of Excel and experience with an ERP or accounting software
• Experience in a watchmaking, jewellery or precious materials environment is appreciated
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is appreciated
• You are recognised for your rigour, reliability and attention to detail
• Comfortable in an operational environment, you know how to work autonomously while respecting precise procedures
