For a modern IT environment, an experienced professional is sought who operates, further develops, and supports Microsoft infrastructures for customers in demanding projects. The focus is on Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern endpoint management.
In addition to technical operation, you take responsibility for migrations, transitions, and commissioning. At the same time, you are the contact person for complex technical issues and work directly with customers.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
Comprehensive endpoint management with Autopilot, application distribution, compliance policies, and conditional access
Participation in IT outsourcing projects, migrations, transitions, and commissioning
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Maintenance and further development of runbooks, technical documentation, and operational processes
Direct exchange with customers as well as participation in technical workshops and internal specialist events
Qualifications:
Solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Very good knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, and hybrid Microsoft environments
Experience with Intune endpoint management, especially Autopilot, app deployment, as well as configuration and compliance policies
Basic knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS, hybrid infrastructures, and PowerShell
Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as professional communication in German and English
