Electrical Project Manager M/F/D

We are looking for one of our partners, a 100% Electrical Project Manager to manage and develop electrical installation contracts (tertiary, industrial and residential sectors).

Your playground:

• Development & Client Relations: You analyse client needs, carry out measurements, write technical-commercial offers and negotiate contracts.

• Site Management: From award to final acceptance, you plan, organise and supervise the execution of sites (deadlines, costs, quality).

• Management & Coordination: You act as the main contact for clients, architects and design offices, while managing site managers and installation teams.

• Financial Monitoring & Site Follow-up: You ensure the financial monitoring of projects (profitability, invoicing, amendments) and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and best practices.

• Education: You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, foreman, or an Engineer/Technician ES degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience: You have proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland (minimum 3 to 5 years) with excellent knowledge of the Romandy economic fabric.

• Standards & Techniques: You have a thorough knowledge of current Swiss rules and standards (NIBT / OIBT) as well as estimating and project management software tools.

• Personality: You have a commercial flair, excellent organisational skills and recognised interpersonal ease.

• Mobility: Driving licence (cat. B) essential.
