Do you want to unlock the full potential of modern cloud technologies and sustainably improve digital workflows? In this role, you will develop automated Microsoft 365 solutions, modernise existing collaboration environments and simplify complex processes with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and the Power Platform. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who pragmatically implements innovation and creates digital solutions with real added value.
Responsibilities:
Technical advancement of modern Microsoft 365 work environments with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
Automation of administrative tasks and standardised configurations using PowerShell and PnP PowerShell
Development of reusable deployment templates and automated workflows for SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 groups
Integration of cloud-based services via the Microsoft Graph API and development of efficient interfaces between Microsoft 365 components
Implementation of digital business processes with Power Apps, Power Automate and other low-code technologies
Planning and execution of cloud migrations for document repositories, SharePoint structures and existing file systems
Development of standardised migration procedures including data validation, permission controls and quality assurance
Optimisation of Teams and SharePoint structures with regard to user-friendliness, security and long-term maintainability
Implementation of technical guidelines for external collaboration, access management, data retention and the lifecycle of digital workspaces
Analysis of platform telemetry, usage metrics and support feedback to identify technical optimisation potentials
Support in the introduction of new Microsoft 365 features and development of practical usage concepts
Collaboration with IT security, specialist departments and platform managers in implementing modern digital workplace solutions
Documentation of automated processes, technical standards and reusable solution components
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online or modern collaboration platforms
Very good knowledge of PowerShell and ideally PnP PowerShell for administration and automation
Experience with the Microsoft Graph API and cross-service integration of cloud applications
Sound knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site provisioning, permission management and information structuring
Practical experience with Power Automate and ideally Power Apps for automating business workflows
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview and secure management of cloud-based corporate data
Experience with migrations to Microsoft 365 and tools such as ShareGate or the SharePoint Migration Tool is an advantage
Understanding of platform governance, data protection, information security and controlled external collaboration
Experience in analysing and optimising existing IT processes as well as developing reusable automation solutions
Ability to independently analyse technical requirements and translate them into maintainable, scalable solutions
Interest in modern cloud architectures, low-code technologies and continuous development of digital workplaces
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with technical teams and specialist departments
Microsoft certifications or knowledge of Git, version control and structured development processes are advantageous
