Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting: Responsibility for ongoing accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and IFRS.
- Financial Statements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Analyses: Conducting financial analyses to support corporate strategy.
- Planning: Participation in the preparation of financial plans and forecasts.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines.
- Documentation: Management and filing of relevant documents and evidence.
- Optimisation: Identification of improvement potentials in existing processes.
- Training: Conducting training sessions for internal staff on financial topics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed commercial basic training.
- Further Education: Specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. FA).
- Experience: Several years of experience in accounting with solid knowledge of OR and IFRS.
- Software Skills: Good knowledge of Abacus.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and attention to detail in work.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and team orientation.
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
