Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d)

- Technical clarifications
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries
- Preparing quotations, customer orders, invoices and shipping documents
- Ensuring dunning processes
- Compiling spare parts packages
- Obtaining quotations and recording orders from third-party suppliers
- SAP master data maintenance
- Process optimisation
- Key customer support
Qualifications:
- Commercial or technical basic training with commercial further education
- Experience in spare parts sales/export
- MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Communicative, resilient and flexible personality
- Reliable, customer-oriented and team-capable working
- Cultural openness towards international customers
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
