In this position, you take on a central role in the operation and further development of modern cloud platforms. You ensure a stable, secure, and standardised infrastructure and actively contribute to the optimisation, automation, and further development of existing cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of the network and server infrastructure of the cloud platform
Implementation and operation of standardised cloud platforms
Analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation of existing cloud services
Ensuring compliance with ISO-27001 and ISMS guidelines
Support in 2nd-level support
Further development and optimisation of existing operational processes
Automation of new and existing processes using PowerShell
Ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology or platform development
Several years of professional experience in system engineering or system technology
Experience in direct customer contact
Very good knowledge of the Windows server environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure basic services
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Basic knowledge in the administration of Linux servers
Experience with PowerShell and automation is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
