Job Description
You manage construction sites from A to Z - from the planning phase to the handover of keys. Specifically, this means:- Coordinating field teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Meeting deadlines and budgets without losing sight of quality
- Ensuring safety on site, without compromise
- Being the trusted contact between management, clients and teams
- Anticipating problems before they become blockages
We expect
- Federal diploma as site manager
- Federal certificate as team leader and/or foreman, a real plus
- Solid experience on construction sites in Switzerland, ideally in Valais
- A practical sense: you probably started as a bricklayer or foreman, and it shows in your way of working
- Direct communication and natural leadership - teams follow you because they trust you
