Auditor-Accountant (80 - 100%)

On behalf of one of our clients, a fiduciary renowned for its professionalism and quality of services, we are looking for an Accountant - Auditor with solid experience in accounting and auditing to strengthen their team.

Your responsibilities

Accounting

• Ensure the maintenance of accounts for a diverse clientele composed of companies of various sizes and sectors.

• Manage routine accounting operations, periodic closings, and annual closures.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.

• Prepare and verify tax and VAT declarations.

• Monitor accounts, reconciliations, and consistency checks.

• Advise and support clients in their accounting and financial issues.

Audit and control

• Carry out audit work on annual accounts and accounting controls.

• Verify the compliance of financial statements with Swiss accounting standards and current legal provisions.

• Perform financial analyses and identify any anomalies or inconsistencies.

• Participate in audit and review assignments for a varied clientele.

• Write audit reports and follow up on recommendations.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the reliability of financial information and the quality of mandates.

Your profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or audit.

• Proven experience in general accounting, ideally gained within a fiduciary.

• Experience in auditing, account control or audit.

• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, taxation and legal obligations of companies.

• Ability to manage accounting mandates independently, from data entry to closing.

• Analytical mind, rigour, organisation and sense of responsibility.

• Good interpersonal skills, client orientation and ability to manage several files simultaneously.

• Good command of French; any other language is an asset.

The chartered accountant diploma is an advantage.
