Responsibilities:
Coordination of international customer orders from recording to shipping
Preparation of export documents and paperwork for customs clearance
Monitoring ongoing deliveries and resolving transport delays
Handling customer concerns and processing complaints
Maintaining customs-relevant data and calculating preferential origins
Supporting customs clearance and monitoring applicable foreign trade regulations
Monitoring outstanding receivables, payment deadlines, and dunning processes
Preparing calculations and statistics for internal evaluations
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in foreign trade
Several years of professional experience in export processing or customs
Sound knowledge of customs regulations and rules of origin
Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
Skilled communication with international business partners
Independent working style and reliable handling of administrative tasks
Strong service orientation and efficient work organisation
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
