Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 140,000Role:
You don’t just want to manage an existing area, but rethink structures and actively shape a company? In this key position, you take on the leadership of a versatile department, combining financial responsibility with organisational and strategic development. You work closely with the management team, lead your team through change processes, and ensure that important internal services are professionally organised. You will have plenty of scope to create structures, improve processes, and drive new solutions forward.
Responsibilities:
You lead the Finance and Services Department and further develop its organisation, structures, and orientation
You are responsible for budget, results, and quality within your area
Together with your team, you ensure central internal services and coordinate their further development
You are responsible for various cross-sectional topics such as IT, personnel, data protection, real estate, insurance, and contract management
You establish clear processes and responsibilities and ensure efficient and well-coordinated workflows
You accompany topics around risk, quality, and process management and further develop suitable structures
You maintain a constructive exchange with internal and external partners as well as with higher-level committees
Qualifications:
You have a higher business administration education with a focus on finance, accounting or a comparable field
You bring several years of leadership experience and enjoy confidently guiding teams through change processes
You have a broad understanding of financial, organisational, and business management contexts
You have experience in developing structures, processes, or internal services
You communicate confidently in German
