Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud to Network ? (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Planning, commissioning, consulting and migration of solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment as well as independent execution of complex Microsoft migration projects.
Technical support of customer systems with independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as support services remotely and on site.
Architecture, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructures and networks including firewalls, switches and access points.
Responsibility for the operation of Remote Desktop Services as well as participation in the further development of RMM and monitoring solutions.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology and extensive, several years of experience in system engineering.
Proven experience in the administration of complex IT and network environments as well as in-depth knowledge of Windows Server, client OS, virtualisation and cloud technologies.
Strong service and customer orientation combined with reliability, resilience, communication skills and a team-oriented working style; creativity and humour complement the personal profile.
Fluent written and spoken German and category B driving licence.
