Qualifications
Solid education in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
At least five years of proven professional experience in the digital environment with demonstrable successes.
Strong expertise in user experience (UX) as well as solid practical experience with content management systems (knowledge of Magnolia CMS is highly desirable).

Data-driven working style and confident handling of common analysis and testing tools to derive concrete optimisations.
Analytical, conceptual, and interconnected thinking to coordinate topics in a structured manner across multiple interfaces.

An agile, data-based performance marketing team with plenty of freedom for your own decisions and real scope for shaping.
An attractive salary package (depending on band) including an annual performance bonus.
Generous additional benefits, such as a 50% contribution to basic health insurance premiums and a 30% subsidy for supplementary insurance.
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.
