For our AMAG Retail operation in Muttenz we are looking for you as a Service Advisor Body & Paint 80-100% (m/f/d).
Muttenz combines proximity, personality and movement – exactly what our customers feel with us. You personally accompany them when their vehicle is back in good hands after damage, advise on bodywork and paint, and ensure that in the end not only the car shines again, but also a good feeling remains.

What you can achieve with us
- Customer Relationship Manager: You competently look after and advise our internal and external customers, maintain active customer contact and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process
- Service & Order Expert: You coordinate appointments and orders, ensure optimal workshop utilisation and accompany customers from order initiation to complete and timely processing
- Warranty & Damage Expert: You process warranty and goodwill orders, clarify goodwill contributions and take care of the recording and professional handling of paint and corrosion damage
- Billing & Organisation Expert: You take over the billing and invoicing of customer, supplier and internal orders, monitor processing times and ensure seamless documentation of work orders
- Sales Bridge: You conduct initial contacts, record customer needs and potentials in CRM-Pro.X, qualify sales opportunities and present suitable offers. In doing so, you represent the company professionally and actively promote the sale of parts, accessories and services
- Team & Brand Ambassador: You work closely with internal and external partners, promote cross-company collaboration, look after the body & paint replacement and pool vehicle fleet and use the brand's service offerings purposefully.
What you bring with you
- Professional training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the field of bodywork and paint and possess good commercial knowledge
- Experience Expert: Ideally, you already have customer service experience
- Service Professional: You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
- Mindset Master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- IT Enthusiast: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
- Driving Professional: Valid driving licence category B
