IT Specialist Windows (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Personal and telephone customer support
- Setup, operation, and expansion of Windows server and client systems
- Second level support for customers
- Ensuring the smooth operation of web applications
- Maintenance and expansion of software distribution and applications
Qualifications:
- IT training
- Experience in first, second, and third level support
- In-depth knowledge of Windows (Server 2016/2019, Azure, O365)
- Familiarity with current system architectures and technologies
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
