Professional IT System Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring IT operations for customers as well as maintaining and updating documentation
- Handling second-level support requests, collaborating with first-level support
- Performing simple changes and regular maintenance work
- Coordinating customer requests with suppliers and internal contacts
- Further development and optimisation of IT infrastructure at customers
Qualifications:
- IT training and initial professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in the IT infrastructure area and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
