CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

For our client, a family-owned manufacturer based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for talents for the position of:

Your responsibilities

• Program parts on Alphacam, in 3 and 5 axis machining
• Handle the settings, start-up and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls)
• Ensure the conformity of each part using the available control tools (including Marcel-Aubert, micrometre)
• Contribute to the versatility of the team and fully commit to achieving quality, performance and deadline objectives

Your profile

• You have a background as a precision mechanic, micromechanic or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in the watchmaking industry
• You are proficient in CAM programming
• You are autonomous in setting, start-up and programming on CNC machines, notably Robodrill and/or Bumotec S191 types
• You are comfortable reading technical drawings as well as using common measuring instruments
• You are organised, precise and proactive, you appreciate teamwork and adopt a solution-oriented approach
