At the heart of our mission: to accompany, welcome and offer perspectives to those in need. The HR department of the Salvation Army Headquarters in Bern acts as a central service centre for the 150 local sites.

Your area of activity
- As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and advise them on all HR matters
- You ensure the quality of HR processes, support the recruitment of site managers and assist with the integration of new managers
- You actively contribute to personnel and organisational development, notably through monitoring evaluations, supporting managers in implementing appropriate measures and facilitating exchanges of best practices at the regional level
- You also professionally and discerningly support change processes, conflict situations and sensitive individual cases
- You participate in HR projects as well as internal training and procedures
What you bring
- Federal diploma as an HR specialist or personnel manager
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, advisory or partnership with managers
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of German (essential)
- Confidence in conducting interviews, negotiation, moderation and supporting sensitive situations
- Identification with the mission and values of the Salvation Army
