Technical Sales Support & Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss company with comprehensive expertise in the development and manufacture of sophisticated electrotechnical components and system solutions. The products are used in various industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Modern production methods, high quality standards and a consistent customer focus form the basis of the company’s success.
Role:
In this role, you combine technical advice, internal sales and export, and accompany customer enquiries from the first contact to successful order processing.
You work closely with the export team and international sales, actively contribute to customer projects and at the same time receive a great deal of personal responsibility. Responsibilities:
Advising international customers on technical products and solutions
Independent handling of enquiries, quotations and customer orders
Support with transport and export matters
Close cooperation with export management and international sales
Accompanying customer projects and ensuring professional service
Qualifications:
Technical or electrotechnical basic training with commercial further education
Experience in technical internal sales or a comparable function
Interest in and ideally experience with export, transport and international order processing
Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
Confident use of MS Office as well as ERP and DMS systems
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
Communicative and solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for sales and technology
