Role:
A technically skilled individual is sought for the further development of a modern client and workplace environment. The focus is on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and the automation of the client lifecycle, complemented by tasks in a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Further development and operation of the client platform with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Responsibility for provisioning, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security.
Automation and optimisation of workplace processes.
Analysis of complex technical faults and support of IT support in escalations.
Participation in IT projects and taking on technical responsibility.
Support in areas such as Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, virtualisation, backup, and monitoring.
Qualifications:
IT training at HF or Bachelor level and several years of experience in client or modern workplace engineering.
Practical experience with endpoint management, ideally Microsoft Intune, as well as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Azure.
Understanding of hybrid IT infrastructures with cloud and on-premises components.
Analytical, independent, and structured working style as well as interest in new technologies.
Fluent in German
