Training Manager Mediamatics 50% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Strategic and organisational responsibility for vocational training in the field of Mediamatics with currently 8 apprentices
• Leadership, coaching and support of practical trainers as well as ensuring uniform training standards
• Planning and coordination of training rotations, project assignments and apprentice deployments
• Ensuring high-quality training according to the curriculum as well as continuous further development of training processes
• Recruitment, selection and induction of new apprentices in cooperation with the Head of Vocational Training
• Analysis of training results, implementation of quality measures and promotion of modern learning and working methods
• Cross-location collaboration and support of vocational training at other GF locations in Switzerland

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Mediamatician is a prerequisite
• At least five years of professional experience in the field of Mediamatics, digital media, communication or related disciplines
• Experience in training, supervising or professional leadership of apprentices is expected
• Enthusiasm for digital trends and modern training methods
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills
• High social competence and joy in promoting and developing young people
• Willingness to occasionally work at other Swiss GF locations
