The Health Services department is part of our Operations division and professionally supports insured persons as well as pension beneficiaries in the field of occupational benefits.
As an LPP Disability Benefits Specialist, you support our insured persons on all matters related to incapacity for work and disability, with expertise, rigour, and attentiveness. You manage cases from A to Z and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners. Thanks to your precise, efficient, and service-oriented working method, you ensure smooth case processing and actively contribute to the quality of support offered to our insured persons.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Independent management of benefit cases in the LPP disability field
- Opening, analysing, monitoring, and administrative processing of new benefit cases.
- Examination of benefit entitlements based on legal, regulatory, and contractual provisions.
- Requesting, checking, and analysing necessary medical, administrative, and insurance documents.
- Coordination with social insurances, daily sickness allowance insurers, accident insurers, reinsurers, and other external partners.
- Telephone and written contacts with insured persons, employers, legal representatives, authorities, and internal partners.
- Implementation, monitoring, and revision of disability pensions as well as premium waivers, according to applicable processes.
- Close collaboration with PGM teams, Case Management, contract administration, accounting, and commercial organisation.
- Participation in quality assurance, process optimisation, and internal projects.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education.
- Further training in social insurance, occupational benefits, or benefits is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in the LPP field, social insurance, or benefits processing.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance legislation, with a focus on occupational benefits.
- Very good command of French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Confidence in using IT tools and openness to digital solutions.
- Strong customer and service orientation, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Analytical mindset, networked thinking, precision, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
