Salary - CHF97,500 - 110,000Role:
For an established security services company in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced finance professional with solid knowledge in payroll accounting. The company employs over 500 people across Switzerland and accordingly combines diverse payroll topics with a broadly structured financial accounting.

Broad insight into finance, personnel and administration
Participation in financial statements, budgeting and audits
Long-term position in a company active throughout Switzerland
Direct exchange with various internal specialist departments
Responsibilities:
Management of payroll accounting and handling payroll-relevant changes
Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements
Support in invoicing, financial and asset accounting
Preparation of VAT returns and participation in budgeting processes
Preparation and support of audits and controls
Monitoring payroll-relevant regulations, especially the collective labour agreement provisions in the security sector
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or equivalent
Several years of experience in accounting and payroll accounting
Solid knowledge of the Swiss social security and payroll environment
Very good knowledge of Abacus - central for this role
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and digital financial processes
Very good German skills as well as precise and independent working style
