The Undergraduate School Recruitment department at EHL Hospitality Business School is responsible for attracting and engaging prospective students worldwide. It develops and implements strategic initiatives, events, and partnerships to promote EHL’s undergraduate programs. The team leverages digital marketing, outreach activities, and personalized guidance to support candidates in their application journey. Through a strong international presence, it ensures a diverse and talented student body aligned with EHL’s values and excellence.

The mission of the Recruitment Events Coordinator is to support the planning and execution of recruitment events, including Open Days, Junior Academy programs, and Online Events across various regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences that align with the department’s key initiatives.
What will you do?
- Support the organization and logistics of recruitment events, both on-site and online.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event setup, participant engagement, and troubleshooting during live and virtual events.
- Assist with registration processes, customer inquiries, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and event performance.
- Contribute to budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the Undergraduate Recruitment team to align events with strategic goals and strengthen EHL’s visibility.
Who are you ?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have 0-2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or hospitality (internships included).
- You are highly organized, able to multitask, and work autonomously.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player who can also work independently.
- You have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with event management tools is a plus.
- You have knowledge of CRM and digital systems.
- You are flexible to work occasional weekends and travel for regional events.
- You are passionate about hospitality, education, and creating memorable experiences.
- You are bilingual in English and French.
