Sales Manager 100%

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the key account development of Adecco Switzerland and sell customised, strategic and operational customer solutions.

• You build new, sustainable customer relationships from the production/food/logistics and service industries to position the Adecco Staffing brand
• The focus is on acquiring volume business in temporary staffing: that means creating orders for Adecco, new opportunities for the focus areas outsourcing, master vendor onsite as well as nearsite
• You meet various stakeholders of your customers at all levels (primarily department heads, procurement and HR) and participate in networking events
• You see yourself as the local contact person (escalations) for your customers and continue to support them for possible follow-up business

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales (preferably in the service segment), experience in the personnel services industry is an advantage
• You have initial business management knowledge and want to further your education in these areas
• You have strong acquisition skills to bring new customers on board
• You are an open-minded personality who likes to think creatively outside the box
• You have a "can do" attitude, are adaptable and very goal-oriented
• You recognise trends and are quick in formulating and closing business opportunities
• You have good MS Office skills as well as a high affinity and understanding of digitalisation, social media and technologies
• You communicate in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Willingness to travel within the German-speaking region of Switzerland is a matter of course for you
