Modern Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
You ensure that employees at various customers find a functioning workplace every morning. As a Modern Workplace Specialist, you combine technical know-how with project responsibility and a genuine service mindset. The focus is on software packages, client management and the Microsoft world. It never gets boring, as you actively shape new workplace technologies.
Responsibilities:
You implement customer projects in the workplace environment from planning to handover.
You are responsible for individual subprojects and keep an eye on deadlines and dependencies.
Furthermore, you ensure stable operation of the software distribution and continuously optimise packaging.
In case of tricky faults, you support the team in 2nd level support.
Additionally, you contribute to new technology topics, which you evaluate and advance.
You also keep technical documentation up to date and understandable.
Qualifications:
With a basic education as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification, you are well prepared. Several years of professional experience are an advantage.
You have solid knowledge in client engineering.
You have already used tools for client management such as Microsoft Intune or similar solutions in everyday work.
Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of Windows clients and Microsoft 365 (M365).
You think service-oriented and meet customers at eye level. You feel at home speaking Swiss German and can easily read technical literature in English.
Thanks to a driving licence and your own car, you are also flexible on the move.
